Many women want to know what burns fat to help slim hips, thighs, buttocks, and create a flat stomach.
All calories are not equal, so you want to make sure you eat foods that help burn belly fat, rather than save it. A healthy diet is not sweet.
You simply have to be creative with it. I know many women who cook for their families do not want to cook it twice, so these recipes are not only burning fat, but your family can enjoy.

Turkey meatloaf
1 package of lean ground turkey
a pinch of sea salt
Spinach 1 / 2 cup
6 chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped spinach
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 / 4 cup raisins
Package of 1 / 2 of buttermilk mixture of Hidden Valley
1 tbl. Organic Tomato Sauce
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until the meat is thoroughly combined with ingredients except tomato sauce. Place in a baking dish, and taste, then spread ketchup on top.
Place in oven at 375 for 15-20 min. The last minutes pass broil so the top gets golden brown.
Good fat burning foods, high protein and a perfect balance of carbohydrates and fats.

Turkey Burgers
4 oz low fat ground turkey meat
a pinch of salt
Spinach 1 / 4 cup
5 almonds (chopped)
2 mushrooms (chopped)
1 tbl. Ketupa organic matter
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until the meat is combined with the Place ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
Cook each side until lightly browned over medium heat. Serve with a salad and / or rice.

Tuna Salad
It took me less than 5 minutes to do.
5 Spice (look in your spice island)
Salt and pepper to taste
4 oz Ahi tuna-
2 c. Tea. Olive Oil
1 cup mixed vegetables
1 red onion
1 tablespoon vinegar tbl.Balsamic
Mix all ingredients in a bowl coat the tuna, then on both sides.
Place a tablespoon. olive oil in a skillet and grasp each side over medium heat. In a bowl, place lettuce, onion, mix oil with balsamic and olive oil.
Cut the tuna into thin slices and place on salad.

Less bark to burn fat breakfast quiche
6 egg whites
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup broccoli
1 teaspoon olive oil
Optional ingredients: 1 egg yolk grated low-fat or fat-free onions peppers and low-fat cheese-fat cottage Try some or all of the variety
Wisk eggs in a bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well over bake at 350 degrees for about 30-40min roast for the last 5 minutes if you want gold on top
